Executive Retainers are a minimum six-month investment guaranteeing on call and formally scheduled dedicated time with the executive for one-on-one coaching and sounding board services. A retainer includes corporate progress meetings and executive evaluations and reviews as requested. Outcomes are designed in collaboration with the executive, their leader and human resources/talent development teams where applicable and reviewed every three months or as needed.
